• Deliver personalised educational content and streak tracking tailored to your learning history.
• Analyse usage patterns to improve lesson quality and app performance.
• Send optional weekly digest emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

We take the security of your data seriously. Our practices include:

• Industry-standard encryption for all data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
• Restricted-access servers — only authorised personnel can access production data.
• Regular security audits and penetration testing to identify and address vulnerabilities.

We share limited data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the service. All third parties operate under contractual data protection agreements:

• Payment processors (such as Stripe) receive billing information to process subscription payments.
• Email delivery providers receive your email address solely to send transactional and digest emails.

No third party receives more data than is strictly necessary for their function.

The SnackIQ service is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has registered, please contact us immediately at privacy@snackiq.app.

You can delete your account at any time via Profile Settings → Delete Account. Permanent removal of your personal data will be completed within 30 days, unless retention is required by law (for example, financial records for tax compliance).
